How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are packed within two working days and arrive a few days after that, depending on where you are.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes. Leave your message in the order notes at checkout and we’ll handwrite it on a kraft card.

What if the gift isn’t quite right?

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment options are shown at checkout. We’re still setting up online payments, so checkout may not be available yet.

Can I send a gift straight to someone else?

Of course. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
